1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reason or pay a penalty.
Exceptions :
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products:

unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (e.g. opened pepper bags),

Rapidly perishable or susceptible to spoilage (unsealed food products).
2. Return terms
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal:

Products must be returned unopened, intact, in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective product, reference error, etc.).

3. Refund
Once the product(s) have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be made within 14 days, via the original payment method used for the purchase.

If the order has received free shipping, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
4. Damaged products or order error
If you receive an item:

broken

expired

or not corresponding to your order,
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the product concerned if possible. We will offer you a replacement or refund at no cost.
