Terms and conditions of Maison Abodo
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTCS”) govern the contractual relationship between Maison Abodo, whose registered office is located at 6 rue du parc, 74100 Annemasse, France (hereinafter referred to as “Maison Abodo” or “we”) and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the Maison Abodo website (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By placing an order on the Maison Abodo website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety. Maison Abodo reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The GCS applicable are those in force at the time of the order.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the Maison Abodo website on the day the Customer consults the site, while stocks last. Maison Abodo makes every effort to present descriptions and photos as faithfully as possible, but differences in the perception of colors or dimensions may vary slightly depending on screens and settings.
4. Awards
The prices displayed on the Maison Abodo website are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Maison Abodo reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order.
5. Control
To place an order, the Customer must fill in the basket with the desired products and follow the online ordering process. Once the order has been validated, Maison Abodo sends a confirmation e-mail containing the details of the order. Maison Abodo reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of a dispute with the Customer or non-payment of the order.
6. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card, bank transfer or any other payment method offered on the Maison Abodo website. The customer’s banking information is protected and secured in accordance with current standards. The order will only be processed once full payment has been received.
7. Delivery
Maison Abodo offers delivery in metropolitan France and, depending on the product, in certain countries of the European Union. Delivery times are specified at the time of ordering and may vary according to product availability. Maison Abodo undertakes to do its utmost to meet the deadlines indicated, but cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to the carrier or to cases of force majeure.
8. Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision or pay any penalties. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense.
9. Warranty and after-sales service
Maison Abodo guarantees that the products sold conform to the specifications and are free from material defects. In the event of a defect, the customer is invited to contact our customer service department within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. The customer benefits from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.
10. Liability
Maison Abodo cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the products purchased. In no event shall Maison Abodo be liable for any indirect damages or commercial losses resulting from the use of the site or the purchase of the products.
11. Personal data
Maison Abodo undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. This data is collected in order to process the order and maintain the commercial relationship. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Maison Abodo website are the exclusive intellectual property of Maison Abodo. Any reproduction or exploitation, even partial, of the elements of the site is strictly forbidden without prior authorization from Maison Abodo.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts.
